I'm glad that he rise awarnes of the fact there too much rising awareness as I'll like to think I'm aware but this has shown im not aware of the fact there so much raising of issues for me to be aware of which now I am aware that there too much rising awareness which now means I'll be more aware not to rise awareness of things that people are already aware of and don't need to be made aware of again.

Not his best "New Rule".. coz I was sorta expecting him to end this one with something along the lines of.. "Do you realise what this is an indication of? When a country goes this overboard with awareness campaigns, it's probably something wrong with how that county is structured and run. Because, if a country does things right, i.e. serve it's people, instead of more or less only a minority elite; awareness campaigns are superfluous and only a distraction for its citizens from keeping the already smooth running country going.
